Note:

Pool parties are scheduled for two hour periods from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM with one break at 7:45, and the final whistle blowing at 8:45 to allow adequate time to exit the area.
Estimation of patrons attending must be made in advance so lifeguards can be scheduled accordingly.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
It is the responsibility of the individual conducting the party to be cleaned up and have guests vacated from the premises by the designated end time.
No push pins or staples may be used to hang decoration.
It is the responsibility of the individual conducting the party to bag and dispose of all party trash.
Proper pool attire must be worn by everyone swimming. Jean material clothing is not permitted in the pool.
Babies must wear swim diapers to be in the pool.
There is no grill provided with pool pavilion. No gas or charcoal grill may be used inside pool facility.
General pool rules must be followed by all party participants. See sign at pool or ask for a copy of written rules.
Must be 48” tall without shoes to use large slides. Life jackets are not permitted on large slides.
No glass containers, alcohol, or tobacco products are permitted inside pool facility.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS –
If for some unforeseen reason your party needs to be cancelled, please notify the Pool Office at 304-269-6599 as soon as possible.
If your group or organization cancels for any reason other than inclement weather. Cancellations requested at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 13-7 days prior to the reservation date will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refunds will be issued after this time.
You must notify the park if your party will be advertised free to the public.
